1. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Setup Web Site.
2. If Multiple Web Sites feature =T, click on Edit for the specific web site.
3. Click Cart tab.
4. Unmark Show check box for the fields which should not display in the Item Fulfillment email.
5. Click Save.
