Correct New Quantity NaN (Not a Number) on Adjust Inventory.

Creating an Adjust Inventory may display New Quantity NaN (Not a Number). This is not a defect.

If users encounter the same, consider the following:

  • List the item name (in this case, a lot number type)
  • Check in Snap/F if this occurs on multiple lot-numbered item type or only on specific item.  If this occurs only to a specific item, observe unusual characters in the item record. It may be a back slash (\) in the Sales Description.
  • Remove the back slash (\) on the Sales Description.

Back slash is one of the special characters that may not be used in Sales Description due to technical reasons.  Note that Sales Description is the information sourced in the Description column of Adjust Inventory.
