Completed Link is Not Available in the Mark Column of the Activities Subtab of a Customer Record

Two conditions can cause this behavior:

  • User is not the Owner of the Phone Call record
  • Different user is set in the Organizer field of the Phone Call

To make the Completed link available, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers.

2. View the Customer record.

3. Click the Communication > Activities subtab.

4. Edit the Phone Call record.

5. Select the name of the user in the Organizer field.  

Note: User that needs to see the Completed link.

6. Click Save.
