The Company Name set under Setup > Company > Company Information is different with the Company Name displayed in the marketing campaign footer.
This is working as expected. The Company Name indicated in the marketing campaign footer pertains to the Subsidiary of the user who created the Marketing Campaign.
To verify this, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Marketing > Marketing Campaigns.
2. View the Marketing Campaign record.
3. Locate the Manager field and take note of the employee set as manager.
4. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees.
5. View the Employee record of the campaign manager.
6. Locate the Subsidiary field.
The subsidiary set on this field is the Company Name that appears in the marketing campaign footer.
Note:
Same behavior of the footer applies to emails sent via Bulk Merge.
The subsidiary of the employee who initiated the Bulk Merge will appear on the Company Name that appears on the footer.
