Column Fields Do Not Print on Picking Tickets

When printing Picking Tickets for certain sales orders, the columns are not appearing on the page.

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.
     
     2. Click the Order Management tab.
     
     3. In the Picking/Packing section, check the following:

• Always Print Kit Items on Picking Tickets
• Show Uncommitted Items on Picking Tickets
• Show Non-Inventory Items on Printed Forms

     4. Click Save.
     

Note: If the status of the Sales Order is Pending Billing, NetSuite will not print the columns of the picking ticket.
